Produced by Paz Cadaval for Imago Producciones Documentary directed by José M. Borrell The hidden face of Léon Degrelle tells the story of exile in the Sevillian town of Constantina by Nazi collaborator Léon Degrelle. Through this film, we reflect on this part of the story so that it does not happen again. The escape from justice and Degrelle's exile would not have occurred without the protection of Franco's fascist government, but also without the acceptance and collaboration of the citizens who lived with him. Degrelle's exile is a part of the history of the European democracies that call into question the contradictions of democratic regimes, contradictions that sometimes allow people who do not believe in human rights to live with impunity without answering their actions to justice.
